Autopilot hub components
The Autopilot hub is divided into several tabs:
Health tab
Once you click to open the Autopilot hub, you will be taken to the Health tab which delivers complete visibility into automation health across the account - helping you instantly understand which automations are running, which are failing, and why - all within a single view.
Beyond visibility, the health hub enables sharper focus: you can prioritize issues based on the business importance you have defined for each automation, making sure you tackle your most urgent issues first.
The Health tab also centralizes all failures and makes it easy to navigate directly to the relevant area to fix each issue in context.
In the failures drill down table, you will also find a AI-powered error classification that instantly identifies the root cause of failures, allowing you to fix issues quickly and efficiently without digging through technical logs. The tables shown in each category are clickable, providing you with a deeper dive into the failures that may have taken place in each subdivision of importance.
There is no need to search for your automation health board by board as all of your automation related data has been gathered for you here.
Additionally, in the table below the charts, you will see a list of each automation or workflow and its description, the owner, time of last failure, which board it is located on, and an AI-generated root cause classification that will explain what might have caused your automations to fail. Once you view the reason, you can then click on the location that has been impacted to navigate directly to it and investigate more.
You can filter by owner and by specific board as well:
Usage tab
In the Usage tab, you can keep track of your Action usage to make sure you haven't exceeded your automation or integration limit of the month. You'll be able to see the Active automations, Creators, Boards, and Active workflows on the account:
If you scroll down, you will also be able to see a graph showing daily action use as well as pie charts tracking your top boards/workflows and top creators:
You can also see your top automations and workflows in list form:
To save the information about your top boards, workflows, creators, and automations as a CSV file, you can click on the download icon at the top right corner of each of these sections.
Workflows tab
In the Workflows tab you can keep track of all of the workflows in your account, add new workflows, and search for workflows within different workspaces in the account.
You can view your workflows' status, workspace, importance, and how many actions the workflow has used.
Connections tab
In the Connections tab, you will be able to keep track of which Apps and Integrations your account is connected to.
You can view the app's status, connection, which boards use it, how many automations it used, and when it was last updated.
