The Last Updated column

Want to see at a glance when and by whom your item was last updated? Look no further! All you need to do is add the Last Updated Column. Keep reading to learn how it works! 👇

 

How to add it

To add the Column, click on the "+" icon at the top right of your board and select "More columns" from the dropdown menu. Once in the Column Center, search for "Last updated" in the search bar and select "Add to board."

Once added, your column will instantly display the person who last updated a given item, as well as the date/time that the change was made

Note: The Last Updated Column will reflect changes made to an item within the board's columns, but not when an update is posted in the updates section.

 

Customize the column

You can customize the way in which the information in your Last Updated Column is displayed and the format of the date. To do so, click on the three dots to the right of your column title, hover over "Settings", and select "Customize Last updated column."

  • Display mode

From the display mode, you can pick whether you want to see only the last person who updated your item, only the date, or both options together. BC- Last Updated Column Display.png

 

  • Date Format

From the date format, you can pick whether you want the actual date of the change to be displayed or the time passed since the item was last updated.

Filter it

Using the advanced board filter, you can filter the information from your board according to your Last Updated Column! Here, you can choose to display items according to the person who last updated them or according to a specific time frame that the update occurred, such as today, yesterday, past dates, or more.
